Chicken Cutlets 

8oz Sclafani Flavored Bread Crumbs

12 thin slices of chicken 

2 eggs(beaten)

1 cup of flour

4oz Sclafani olive oil

2 tbsp. grated romano cheese

Place Sclafai flavored bread crumbs, beaten eggs, and flour each in seperate bowls. Dip chicken in flour then in eggs and then thouroughly coat with Sclafani flavored bread crumbs. Fry in oil for 4 mins. on each side. Remove from pan and allow acess oil to drain. Chicken cutles may be served plain or with Sclafani Spaghetti Sauce and romano cheese.
